Prepare the paper plan
- Choose a print icon or open Printables.
Opening Printables from the menu first shows the complete template catalog without setup controls. Use the star beside a template to save it as a personal favorite. Favorites move into a warmer, more prominent section above the normal categories; that section appears only after at least one favorite is saved. The star remains beside the selected template after the catalog collapses, so it can be removed from Favorites without reopening the list. Choose a template to collapse the catalog into the template picker and reveal only that template’s settings. A print icon on Today, Calendar Week, Month, Year, Progress, or Attendance opens setup with the matching template already selected; the Teacher Planner print icon selects Teacher weekly matrix for the learner currently in view. Licensed reusable worksheets, including the Follow-Up Sheet and Daily Homeschool Planner, appear together under Worksheets.
- Choose only what the paper needs.
Set learner, people, dates, courses, statuses, detail, completed-item visibility, and note space where available. Handwritten-note space starts off on every template, so select it only when you want room for writing.
- Prepare a Follow-Up Sheet.
Choose one learner. Tasked With automatically places that learner's saved name and grade at the top of the sheet. The three follow-up areas, checkboxes, writing lines, urgency key, and parent-use labels are ready to fill in after printing. This licensed worksheet uses portrait orientation and supports Letter or A4 paper.
- Prepare a Daily Homeschool Planner.
Choose one learner and the current day or a future day. The selected day fills Subjects with course lessons, practice routines, and Co-op / Class activities or routines. Supplements and reading plans fill Extra Practice. Extracurricular activities and routines fill the final section with their learning-time value. Subjects and Daily Extracurricular Activities show only actual entries. Extra Practice uses the remaining rows for handwriting, up to 19 rows per page across all three sections. If actual entries exceed 19, the worksheet continues on another page with all three section headings. Leave the date off when you want to write it in later.
Plain is the default design. Leaves, Wildflowers, Woodland, and Coastal use watercolor image accents without changing the worksheet content.
- Choose the print style.
Color is selected by default and carries course-color dots plus learner outlines into the preview, browser print, and downloaded PDF. Supported plan templates also offer Shade lesson cards with course colors, initialized from the primary adult’s profile and overridable for that printable; turning it off removes the gentle fill but keeps the course-color dots. Choose Black & White for a lower-ink grayscale version.
Choose Color or Black & White before creating the preview. - Include checkboxes if useful.
Lesson checkboxes and routine/activity checkboxes are independent choices on supported daily plans. In Color, checkboxes remain white against colored cards so they are easy to find and mark.
- Preview.
Confirm the print style, Letter or A4, orientation, page flow, and content. Monthly calendars support portrait and landscape. Annual calendars use compact school and family markers so the complete year remains readable; landscape is recommended, with portrait also available.
- Print or download PDF.
If Download PDF is temporarily unavailable, use the browser print option and choose Save as PDF.
