Month gives you the bigger picture while keeping the weekly planner as the place for detailed changes.

Read the calendar

Open Planner and choose Month. The calendar follows the family’s saved Sunday or Monday week start. Today has a clear marker, dates from neighboring months are quieter, and planned breaks use a compact orange banner with the saved description. Common subjects and lesson words are shortened to keep entries readable; the key below the calendar explains the abbreviations.

Focus the view

Use My Family and Subjects, the work-status list, and School, Combined, or Family focus just as you do in the weekly planner. Select a date to see full lesson, learner, routine, activity, holiday, planned-break, and status details. Course colors identify lessons and learner colors outline them; lessons follow each learner’s saved Course Order. Right-click any calendar day and choose Go to Week to open the complete seven-day week containing that date, or Go to Today to open that selected date in the focused Today layout. When a course has unscheduled lessons, the same menu offers Schedule Lessons on current or future dates inside the active school year. Choose the learner first and then one of that learner’s courses to open a one-day, no-write scheduling preview; nothing is added until you confirm it. A selected-date Today view shows the date instead of the daily greeting and offers a Today button for the actual current day; that button is hidden while the current day is already displayed. Keyboard users can open the same menu with Shift+F10 or the Context Menu key.

Use it on a smaller screen

On a phone, Month becomes a clean agenda of dates that have plans, holidays, planned breaks, or the current-day marker. Select a date for the same complete details.

Use the print icon for a family monthly calendar, or open Printables to choose either the family calendar or one learner’s monthly plan.
