Family contains the people who share this workspace. Open More, then Family. Learners are family members, so they appear beside the adults who support them.
Adult profiles
Select the edit icon on an adult card to update that adult’s display name and profile color. Each adult may also edit their own profile from the signed-in name in the navigation. Only the primary adult can change the shared family name.
Learner profiles
Select a learner’s edit icon to update name, grade, color, daily learning time, experience mode, permissions, and optional Student Mode PIN. The focused editor hides other cards until Save or Cancel.
Archiving a learner removes them from active planning without destroying history. Archived learners do not count toward the limit of five active learners and can be restored when capacity is available.
