AI course import is an optional licensed feature. It prepares an editable preview and never changes a course without your approval.
- Choose the learner and course.
The course must already exist so the imported lessons have a clear destination.
- Select a supported source.
Upload a PDF or image containing a syllabus or lesson outline. The file is used only to prepare this import.
- Review the AI processing notice.
Before extraction, confirm that Tasked With may send the selected file and course title to OpenAI and that you have permission to submit the source. You can open the Privacy Policy from the notice.
- Extract the outline.
Keep the page open while processing. It may take a minute or two.
- Review the structure.
Correct labels, reorder or reassign items, and remove anything that does not belong.
- Add missing lessons when needed.
If the source contains only Modules or Weeks, expand each Week with one to five sequential lessons. A five-lesson option can add Monday–Friday labels.
- Apply or cancel.
Only Apply adds the preview to the course. Cancel leaves the existing course unchanged. After applying, Tasked With opens Schedule Lessons with that learner and course already selected.
