Create an academic transcript

Prepare a licensed cumulative learner record with homeschool identity, credits, grades, and GPA guidance.

LicensedPrimary adult

Transcripts are most common for high school, but a family may prepare one for a younger learner when needed.

  1. Open Records, then Transcripts.

    Select one learner.

  2. Confirm the homeschool name.

The primary adult can use an official homeschool name that is independent of the family display name.

  3. Review each course.

Confirm level, completion date, credit, official grade, and inclusion. Saved course final grades are suggestions, not automatic approvals.

  4. Review totals and certification.

Check credits and GPA guidance, then certify the record.

  5. Preview, print, or download PDF.

The transcript remains white paper in every appearance mode.

Tasked With does not guarantee acceptance by a school, evaluator, or jurisdiction. The primary adult is responsible for final review.
