Tasked With has no billing or payment interface. Payments and license delivery happen outside the platform.
Always available without a license
Multi-student and whole-family planning, manual curriculum and course setup, flexible schedules and rescheduling, student dashboards and family PINs, printable daily and weekly plans, and household routines, activities, and to-dos remain available.
Requires an active license
AI-assisted course import, private uploads and Portfolio Builder, all recordkeeping including progress, attendance, gradebook, report cards, and transcripts, calendar sync and external integrations, and Smart Workload Rebalancing require a valid key.
Calendar subscriptions are read-only. Events keep their Tasked With dates, estimated minutes appear as details instead of fixed appointment times, and Daily Notes are not published. Curiosity Tree remains a planned integration.
A license grants all licensed family features for one year, two years, or lifetime. It never changes family member limits or adult permissions.
