A learner can attach completed work while submitting a started lesson for review when the family has an active license and the primary adult has enabled both review submissions and file uploads for that learner.
Submit work in Student Mode
- Start the lesson.
Attachments are available only while the lesson is In progress or Needs help.
- Choose Submit for review.
Add an optional note and choose up to ten PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, or WebP files. Each file may be up to 25 MB.
- Review the attachments.
Remove a mistaken attachment before submitting. Then choose Submit for review to move the lesson and its files to the adult review queue.
Review as the primary adult
Open Today and find the lesson under Ready for your review. When a submission has attachments, choose View Files to open its focused review window. There you can read the learner's note, preview supported files or download an original, enter a grade when the course has grading configured, return the work with feedback, or approve it. Choose Add to portfolio for a work sample you want to curate; the same stored file is reused, so this does not consume the storage quota twice. Reviews without files keep their grade, Return, and Approve actions directly on the Today card.
