Plan and use your first week

Read the weekly plan, use filters, add family context, make changes, and print what you need.

FreeAdults

Use the weekly planner to review what is scheduled, add another week when you are ready, and handle changes.

  1. Open Planner.

The current week opens with today highlighted. Use the family and subject filters to focus the view. If an instructional week is empty and lessons remain, choose Schedule Lessons, then select the learner and course.

  2. Review lesson cards.

Select a card to highlight it, then use its three-dot button or right-click menu for edit, move, and completion actions. Course color fills the lesson; learner color outlines it.

Course fills identify subjects, learner outlines identify ownership, and one alert summarizes overloaded dates.
  3. Add family context.

Use Add for a repeating Routine, one-time Activity, or one Daily Note.

  4. Adjust a changed lesson.

Move only that lesson or preview shifting the remaining lessons in the learner’s course.

  5. Check Student Mode.

Learners with a PIN can open their focused plan and update permitted work.

  6. Print the plan.

Choose a template and select Color or Black & White before previewing.
