Each learner can keep a separate rhythm for a shared course. The rhythm continues across one-day and rolling planning-window schedules.
Choose the learner and start date
Open Edit Course, then find Course rhythm. Choose the learner whose copy of the course should change. The start date defaults to today and cannot be in the past.
- Choose the rhythm.
Same days every week uses the selected regular course days. A five-day course with one lesson per day can use Alternating Weeks: choose either two or three days for Week 1, and Week 2 automatically uses the remaining three or two days. This makes it possible to give another course the complementary pattern. Double lessons are optional.
- Choose what happens to saved dates.
Keep existing dates is the safe default and applies the rhythm only when scheduling new lessons. Reschedule future lessons previews changes to eligible, unstarted lessons on or after the chosen date.
- Review and apply.
Past, in-progress, completed, skipped, fixed, and protected lessons do not move. Planned breaks and non-learning days remain unavailable. If the change would pass the school-year end date, approve the extension first.
- Schedule the next window later.
The saved anchor determines whether that future week is Week 1 or Week 2, even when there is a gap between scheduling sessions. You do not need to recreate the pattern.
An immediate Undo restores the earlier rhythm and any lesson dates changed by that action when none of the affected rows has changed since apply.
