Download your family data

1. Open More, then Privacy and data.

   Choose Download family data.

2. Confirm your password.

   Only the primary adult can request the download.

3. Wait for the ZIP.

   The download includes your structured family information and every ready learner file, including learner submissions that were never added to a portfolio.

4. Download it within 24 hours.

   Request a new export if the link expires.

Family export remains free even when a license is inactive. Learner originals are grouped under learner-files in the ZIP; their private object-storage keys and prepared preview copies are not included.
