Tasked With keeps everyday planning in four main workspaces. The navigation stays in the same collapsed or expanded state as you move between pages.
The main workspaces
- Today shows the current family-local date, the primary adult’s private to-dos, scheduled lessons, learner review requests, weekly Needs Help work, and today’s Family Rhythm.
- Planner shows the saved Calendar or Teacher weekly layout, Status Board, and the Add menu for routines, activities, and Daily Notes.
- Courses holds curriculum, course colors, lesson outlines, schedules, and Smart Rebalancing settings.
- More keeps Family and records, School Year Setup, license, integrations, privacy, security, support, and policies out of the everyday plan.
Open More, then Family to manage adult and learner profiles. With an active Family License, Progress, Attendance, and Grades also appear by default. The primary adult can drag all visible links—including the always-available Today, Planner, and Courses—or use arrow controls to reorder them. Status Board, Printables, and To-dos can be added as optional shortcuts from the profile’s Appearance section.
Use the compact navigation
Select the arrow below the logo to expand or collapse the navigation. In the compact view, hover over an icon to see its label. Your choice is remembered while you move through the adult workspace.
