Schedule only as far ahead as your family prefers. Existing scheduled lessons keep their dates.
- Choose the learner, then the course.
Open Schedule lessons from a course card or outline. A shared course is scheduled separately for each learner, and the page shows that learner’s scheduled and remaining counts.
- Choose how much to schedule.
One Day uses the next eligible course day. Schedule Ahead defaults to one week and can be changed to two weeks, three weeks, or one month. One month covers four planner weeks. Entire Remaining Course schedules every lesson still waiting for that learner.
- Choose the first lesson.
Start with lesson defaults to the next planned or in-progress lesson that is not already on the planner. Completed, skipped, and scheduled lessons do not appear. You may choose a later lesson; earlier unscheduled lessons remain waiting.
- Choose the rhythm.
Select the starting date, usual course weekdays, lessons per selected day, and estimated lesson time. The starting date may be any date from the configured school-year start through its current end, including an earlier date in the active school year. Regular off days and planned breaks are skipped.
- Review before saving.
The preview lists only the lessons this action will add, in course order, with dates and capacity warnings. No existing lesson is moved or replaced.
- Confirm the schedule.
Return later from the course card or outline to schedule another planning window. A saved alternating rhythm continues from its original anchor week instead of restarting with each new batch.
