Learner profiles keep plans, progress, records, colors, and Student Mode access separate for each child.
- Open Family.
Choose Add Learner from the Learners section.
- Add the learner’s name and grade.
Grade choices run from Pre-K through 12th grade, plus College.
- Choose a profile color.
The learner’s first initial and selected color identify their work throughout the planner.
- Set daily learning time.
Use the slider to choose the ordinary daily capacity for planning warnings.
- Optionally create a PIN.
A 4–8 digit PIN lets this learner enter Student Mode on a shared device. The PIN is hidden whenever it is entered.
Review the grade, color, learning time, experience, and permissions together. - Save the learner.
The new profile appears on Family and becomes available when creating courses.
