In this guide
Status Board is a status-focused view of the same week. It does not change lesson dates.
Read the board
From Calendar, open View Status Board beside the Status filter. A licensed primary adult can also enable the optional Status Board shortcut from Menu preferences in their profile. The columns run from Planned on the left to Completed on the right, with Needs help between In progress and Ready for review. Skipped lessons are excluded from this active-work board. The current date controls and family/subject filters continue to apply. Course colors supply the gentle card fills while learner colors supply the outlines. The same shorter subject labels used on weekly lesson cards keep narrow board cards readable.
Update a lesson
The primary adult can drag a lesson to another status column or use the status dropdown for keyboard and touch access. Moving a card between columns changes only that learner-work status.
Add a review sub-status
A lesson in Ready for review has a second dropdown. Leave it at None for the ordinary review flow, or choose:
- Revise — moves the lesson to In progress and asks the learner to correct the parts that need attention.
- Redo — moves the lesson to In progress and asks the learner to complete the lesson again from the beginning.
- Needs Grading — keeps the lesson in Ready for review and shows a Needs Grading chip.
After choosing Revise or Redo, use Add note to learner on the In progress card to explain what needs attention. The note is optional. If one exists, the card shows Edit note to learner; saving an empty note clears it. Learner Today displays the request, its meaning, and the note before the learner submits again.
The same chip appears on Calendar Week and Teacher Planner cards. When the learner submits revised or redone work, the temporary chip and note clear and the lesson returns to Ready for review. Choose None while the card is still Ready for review to remove a sub-status without moving it.
